5 Star Rating Top quality hotel. We went here last year and couldn't find anything to fault really. If there was anything, it would be that the staff on reception needed a couple of reminders to fulfil our original requests. The pools are great, the gorunds stunning. We were there when the hurricane hit last year but luckily there wasn't much damage done. The food in all restaurants was good but I guess our least favourite was the Lobster House as the lobster was a bit on the tough side. It's standard Caribbean lobster so I don't think there's much else you can do with them! Room fantastic, room service an added bonus. Free Wi-fi came in really useful, especially for tracking the hurricane's progress! Highly recommended and in fact we went to the newly opened Excellence the other side of Cancun this year as we just loved the whole Excellence concept so much.
